As part of this special allocation, parents, teachers, community members, and staff (all members of the Cottonwood community) are invited to submit proposals for the use of these allocation funds. If you would like to request allocation funds, please complete and submit the PTO Spring Funds Allocation Request Form by Monday, May 18, 2026, at 11:59 PM. 

We will be voting on allocations (grants) on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 8:45 AM via Zoom and in-person. Please RSVP to let us know you plan to attend. In order to vote on spring allocations, you must attend this meeting. No absentee or proxy voting will be available.
