Cottonwood Auction on April 19, 2024
The Cottonwood Creek Elementary Annual Auction + Party is set for Friday, April 19th @ the Franciscan Event Center! This adults-only evening event provides an opportunity for parents to socialize while they support our school. The money raised goes toward funding staffing needs in the school, enriching students' experiences, school-wide events, and so much more. We promise you won’t want to miss it!

Auction tickets are still available for purchase! Check out the VIP tickets which include a VIP hour of open bar plus drink tickets to the main event PLUS door prizes and more! You can still support our school by sponsoring a staff ticket and participating in the silent, online auction! (Silent auction opens April 15th.)
Host/Co-Host a Sign-up Social!
For the second year, a variety of sign-up socials will be offered at the Cottonwood Auction. These events help build our community, while raising funds for our school. The events are donated by members of our Cottonwood community for a pre-determined number of people to attend. People purchase tickets to these parties through Cottonwood’s online auction for a fixed, per-person price. We hope you will consider hosting a party! Learn more! Party Host Form

Join us on Fridays for fresh popcorn and water, which will be available for $1 each after school in front of the school (inside if the weather is too wet or cold). Money raised will go to the PTO to help fund educational programming for our students. Popcorn Friday will happen every Friday through the end of the school year (except 5/3 and 5/17).

Free Book Fair Coming Soon
We are excited to announce that Cottonwood will be having a Free Book Fair in the spring! We need your help: If you have books in good condition that your family is finished with, please consider donating them for the fair. We will be accepting books from pre-k through middle school level, in any genre, fiction or nonfiction. Both picture books and chapter books are welcome. This is the perfect time to clean off your bookshelf and make room for some new reads. Just bring the books to the front office and let them know they're for the book fair. 5th Grade Continuation Celebrations
Parents and family of 5th Graders, please Save-the-Date for Thursday, May 23rd for the 5th Grade Continuation and Pool Party. The Continuation ceremonies will be held during school hours, with the traditional pool party being held Thursday evening. A truly special day celebrating the end of elementary school for Cottonwood Creek's Class of 2031.

The Cottonwood Creek library needs volunteers to help with: checking out books for students during their weekly class visits, checking books back into the computer system, and re-shelving. You are welcome to sign up for as many shifts as you'd like each day/week/month through the end of the school year.
